The NSO has adopted a centralised approach towards dealing with clients. The staff members at the Information Services Unit and Data Shop are the main interface between the NSO and the clients. This allows for a professional service that is provided by staff trained in handling requests whilst allowing statisticians to concentrate on their work - producing statistics.

If you do not find the required information on this website, the National Statistics Office offers the possibility for statistical users to submit a request for statistical information. Before completing your request please check whether the information you require is available on our website.  The NSO News Releases are available in full-text from the site home page and include a wide coverage of social and economic statistics. Statistical publications and reports are also available online in full-text.

A Request Form is available here. Users are kindly asked to allow a minimum of three working days for basic requests. More complex requests for customised data may take longer and may be subject to cost-recovery charges as stipulated in the NSO Pricing Policy.

For the time being, the online payment facility in respect of information requests is inoperable. Users may select the 'cheque' option for effecting payment.
